TSF Maintenance perform customised servicing and maintenance on diesel and gas generators. We also maintain the associated sundry equipment such as;

Our Service Department maintains and services all brands and sizes of manufactured generators and associated equipment including but not limited to switchboards, pumps, compressors and starter motors, both in the public and private sector. We service both our own installations and work completed and installed by other companies.

TSF offer three service levels of maintenance for gas and diesel engines, electrical, controls and balance of plant (pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers etc)

  • Breakdown maintenance
  • Routine and Breakdown maintenance
  • Comprehensive maintenance
A service contract typically includes:
  • Routine on-site service maintenance visits
  • Annual testing (simulating back up emergency power) including 
    issue of Annual Fire Statement (form 15A)
  • Generator safety system testing
  • Engine oil and fuel sampling and analysis
  • Fuel bulk integrity testing
  • Recommended frequency of engine oil and filter changes
  • Detailed test and written Engineer’s report
  • 24 hour emergency call-out service
  • Assistance with preparation of preventative maintenance and procedures.

Defects found during the routine testing are reported to the client through a detailed Engineer’s report. Rectification of defects is discussed and resolved according to client requirements. After each site visit, the following reports are provided as per the contract requirements:

  • Service report and checklist
  • Oil & fuel analysis reports
  • Defects / New Works Quotation when required
